Inventory Planner renewal checklist

Before you give renewal notice

A renewal date is not always your last day to give notice. Work back from your contract’s notice deadline, then check the records and purchasing steps you need to keep.

Confirm the notice terms. Open your exports. Reconcile open orders. Test the workflow before you decide.

Use this reading checklist with your actual contract. Print it from your browser to keep a copy.

Before you decide

Six checks for a considered renewal.

  1. Confirm your notice terms.

Find the renewal date, last date and method for non-renewal notice, current price and renewal quote. Check them in your agreement or with your provider. Keep the confirmation.

  2. List the workflows you rely on.

Include locations, channels, bundles, reports, approvals, supplier transmission and receiving. If a replacement cannot cover a critical step, keep that dependency visible before giving notice.

  3. Export and open your archive.

Save the supplier facts, SKU mappings, lead times, minimum quantities, case packs, exceptions and historical reports you need. Open the files while you still have access; do not assume a universal importer.

  4. Reconcile every open order.

Check supplier, SKU, remaining quantity, expected arrival and partial receipts against your actual POs. Confirm what is already on order so your first new order does not duplicate it.

  5. Complete real reorder days.

Check fresh store data, review proposals and warnings, then export and send supplier orders yourself. Verify the output works for your supplier and record receipts. Compare the workflow before relying on it.

  6. Make and record the decision.

If the workflow fits, submit notice yourself using the required method and retain confirmation. Otherwise renew or choose another planner before the deadline. A checklist status does not cancel a subscription.

Optional · if you are considering Replenwise

Set a bounded Renewal Bridge.

Run real reorder days before your notice deadline, for up to 90 days. The Bridge ends by that deadline or after 90 days, whichever comes first, and cannot be restarted.

Trial and billing are separate.

Replenwise includes a 14-day free trial, then costs $99 USD every 30 days through Shopify, fixed for your first 24 paid months. The Bridge does not start or extend the trial or change billing.

Check whether Replenwise fits your store

Check the exit path, too.

Download and open your Replenwise data archive before leaving. Canceling billing alone does not delete your account. For Shopify installs, uninstalling triggers account deletion: Shopify requests erasure 48 hours later, then Replenwise deletes the account and its reports.

Replenwise only reads your store. It never updates Shopify inventory or sends a supplier order. You remain responsible for transmission, inventory updates and your provider’s notice requirements.
