Understand a quantity before you order.
The reorder desk groups suggestions by supplier. Inspect demand, safety stock, available stock, incoming receipts and supplier rules before deciding what to buy.
When the evidence cannot support a suggestion, the item needs your decision and a reason.

Use CSV files, or connect Shopify with read-only access when the listing is available. Add supplier lead times, minimum quantities and case packs. Open purchase orders created in Shopify admin can be imported once you confirm them; Replenwise does not import Stocky data.
Review and send.
Check suggested quantities and their reasons. Resolve items that need your decision, then record and export supplier purchase orders. You send the POs to suppliers yourself.
Record what arrives.
Record full or partial receipts in Replenwise to keep its on-order quantities current. Replenwise never sends supplier orders or changes your Shopify inventory.
